Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made for enterprise registration, verification, listing plans, promotional placements, or any platform-related services are generally non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

2.1 Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment, or selects/purchases an additional service they already have, they may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

2.2 System or Platform Error

If a payment fails to activate the purchased service due to a technical problem on SEN Pakistan’s end, and our team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.

2.3 Service Not Delivered

If the purchased package or listing is not delivered at all due to an error on our side, and the user chooses not to continue, they are entitled to a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• If the user changes their mind after purchasing a listing or registration.
• If the enterprise is rejected during the verification process due to incomplete, false, or unverifiable information.
• If the listing is published successfully and the service has already been delivered.
• If delays occur due to user-side actions, such as incomplete documents, late responses, or incorrect details.
• If promotional packages (e.g., featured listings, homepage banners) have already been displayed.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must:

• Email: support@senpak.org
•  Include:
  • Full Name
  • Enterprise Name
  • Payment Screenshot
  • Reason for Refund
  • Contact Number

All refund cases are reviewed within 3–5 working days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment method.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Alternative methods may be used only if the original method is not technically possible.

6. Changes to This Policy

SEN Pakistan reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on the official website.
