My name is Hayat Muhammad Khan, and I am an entrepreneur from Swat Valley. I am the founder of Flavor-Nest, a social enterprise focused on producing high-quality dehydrated fruits using locally grown produce.
Flavor-Nest aims to reduce fruit waste in Swat by transforming surplus fruits such as peaches, apricots, persimmons, and plums into healthy, natural dried snacks. The venture also focuses on supporting smallholder farmers, creating employment opportunities for youth and women, and promoting sustainable food processing in the region.
Through this initiative, I aim to build a sustainable value chain that benefits local communities while providing chemical-free, nutritious dried fruits to health-conscious consumers across Pakistan.
