1. Eligibility Criteria for Enterprises

1.1 Must Be a Social Enterprise / Social Entrepreneur /Impact Investor

Only mission-driven organizations, initiatives, or individuals working on social impact,
community development, or environmental change are eligible.

This includes:

  • Social enterprises
  • Impact Investors
  • Impact startups
  • Community-led initiatives
  • Social innovators
  • Youth-led impact groups

1.2 Accurate & Verifiable Information

  • You must provide complete, truthful, and verifiable details.
  • Fake, misleading, or incomplete entries will be rejected.

1.3 Professional Presence

Your profile must include:

  • Clear business/initiative description
  • Valid contact details
  • Social links (optional but recommended)

2. Rules for Images, Logos & Media Uploads

2.1 Use Clear, High-Quality Images

  • Only upload clean, clear, high-resolution pictures
  • No blurred, pixelated, or low-quality visuals
  • Images must accurately represent the enterprise or impact work

2.2 Upload HD, Professional Logos

  • Logos must be HD and clearly visible
  • No stolen, copyrighted, or watermarked logos
  • Transparent backgrounds are preferred

2.3 Professional, Ethical & Shariah-Compliant Visual Guidelines

All uploaded images must be business-relevant, respectful, professional, and aligned with ethical and Shariah-compliant standards.

Requirements:

  • Upload only visuals that genuinely represent your enterprise, team, or impact work
  • No casual selfies, travel photos, personal images, or unrelated visuals
  • Stock images are allowed only if they accurately reflect your real work or services
  • Female images must follow modest, professional attire with full-body coverage
  • No inappropriate, unethical, culturally sensitive, or suggestive content
  • Do not upload images of individuals without their clear consent
  • Avoid glamour-style photography, bold poses, or any non-professional presentation

2.4 No Misleading or Fake Visuals

Strictly prohibited:

  • Fake awards or fabricated certificates
  • Images taken from other businesses
  • AI-generated visuals presented as real impact work
  • Misrepresentation of activities, scale, or team

3. General Platform Rules

3.1 Respectful, Ethical Conduct

All communication and submissions must be professional, ethical,
and respectful.

3.2 Prohibited Content

Not allowed under any circumstances:

  • Illegal or unethical practices
  • Scams or fraudulent activities
  • Hate speech or harmful ideology
  • Political or extremist content
  • Financial pyramid schemes
  • Any activity against public morality or safety

3.3 Correct Category Selection

Choose the category that genuinely fits your work.

Wrong selection may cause delays or rejection.

3.4 One Listing per Enterprise

Each registration must represent one real enterprise or initiative.

Multiple enterprises must be registered separately.

3.5 Timely Responses

If additional information is requested during verification,
you must respond promptly.


4. Violation Consequences

4.1 Immediate Rejection

Your submission will be rejected if:

  • Information is fake
  • Images violate platform rules
  • Verification fails
  • Content is inappropriate or misleading

4.2 Listing Removal

Published listings may be removed if:

  • The enterprise violates rules later
  • Complaints are verified
  • Misrepresentation is discovered

4.3 Permanent Ban

Severe or repeated violations may result in:

  • Permanent removal
  • Blacklisting
  • No future submissions allowed

5. Policy Updates

Social Entrepreneurs Network Pakistan may update these rules at any time.

Users must comply with updated guidelines to remain active.
