Role Overview
We’re looking for a Cold Outreach & Lead Generation Executive to join our Growth Team.
Your mission will be to identify business opportunities, connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails, and schedule discovery calls with our sales team.
This is a results-driven position — ideal for confident communicators who want to grow through performance-based earnings.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify new business leads (mainly in the UAE region).
Conduct cold calls and personalized WhatsApp/email outreach.
Communicate Archaeo Agency’s services clearly and persuasively.
Book qualified 15-minute Discovery Calls for the sales team.
Close deals and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
Maintain detailed records of outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
Consistently meet weekly and monthly outreach targets.
Compensation & Growth Path
Trial Period (30 Days): 100% commission-based.
Post-Trial: Base salary + performance commission (based on results).
Earnings: Unlimited commission potential — the more you close, the more you earn.

1. Daily Outreach Requirements
60 – 100 actions per day (calls + WhatsApp + emails combined)
Follow scripts and improve based on feedback

Training Provided:
We provide professional training during the Trial.
Termination Policy During Trial:
During the 40-day Trial, we may terminate you immediately if:
You fail to meet minimum outreach requirements
You skip reporting / logs
You show inconsistent attendance
You do not follow the training instructions
You fail to book consistent, qualified calls
Professional conduct is not maintained
Only candidates who perform consistently and responsibly will proceed to the paid position.
Who We’re Looking For
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or outreach preferred.
Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, web development, or automation is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and commitment to consistent performance.
