1. General Policy

All payments made for enterprise registration, verification, listing plans, promotional placements, or any platform-related services are generally non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

2.1 Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment, or purchases an additional service they already have, they may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.

2.2 System or Platform Error

If a payment fails to activate the purchased service due to a technical issue on SEN Pakistan’s end, and our team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.

2.3 Service Not Delivered

If the purchased package or listing is not delivered at all due to an error on our side, and the user chooses not to continue, they are entitled to a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchasing a listing or registration
• Enterprise rejection during verification due to incomplete, false, or unverifiable information
• Successful delivery of the listing or service
• User-side delays such as incomplete documents, late responses, or incorrect details
• Promotional packages already displayed (e.g., featured listings, homepage banners)

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must:

Please include the following details:

• Full Name
• Enterprise Name
• Payment Screenshot / Proof
• Reason for Refund
• Contact Number

All refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 working days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment method.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Alternative methods may be used only if the original method is technically unavailable.

6. Changes to This Policy

SEN Pakistan reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on the official website.
