Green Scholars Initiative

Green Scholars Initiative is a youth-focused environmental organization dedicated to promoting environmental awareness and reducing plastic pollution in Balochistan. We conduct both physical and virtual sessions on environmental ethics, plastic pollution, and sustainable practices for students from school to university level. Alongside education, we actively collect plastic waste from schools and households for recycling and provide specially designed dustbins to support proper waste management. Our core focus is to change the mindset of young people toward environmental responsibility in a region with limited awareness on plastic pollution. We generate revenue through the recycling of collected plastic materials. The initiative aims to expand its educational programs across more schools to create long-term environmental impact through youth engagement.
