SUBHASH Educational Complex (SEC) is a leading social enterprise established in 2008, dedicated to providing quality technical, vocational, and entrepreneurship training to underserved communities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
SEC focuses on equipping youth, women, minorities, and refugees with market-relevant skills to enhance employability, promote self-employment, and foster inclusive economic growth. The organization has successfully implemented multiple donor-funded projects in collaboration with national and international partners, including programs for Afghan refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and marginalized groups.
Through innovative training models, industry linkages, and community-based approaches, SEC contributes to sustainable livelihoods and social cohesion.

Our team comprises highly experienced professionals in vocational training, entrepreneurship development, social inclusion, and community engagement. With over two decades of collective experience, the team has successfully designed and implemented training programs funded by organizations such as USAID, Acted Pakistan, Helvetas Paksitan, Secours Islamique France, Pak Mission Society, Help Age International and the International Rescue Committee.
The leadership team specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), peacebuilding, and human rights, ensuring all programs are inclusive, impactful, and aligned with global development standards.
