Zerbam is a youth-focused digital mental health social enterprise working to make mental health support accessible, stigma-free, and culturally relevant in Pakistan.

The platform provides anonymous mental health assessments, self-help wellness tools, progress tracking, and access to therapy and counseling support designed especially for young people facing emotional and psychological challenges.

A key aspect of ZerBám’s approach is privacy-first mental healthcare. Users can book therapy and counseling sessions through WhatsApp without being required to disclose sensitive personal information, helping reduce barriers created by stigma, fear, and social judgment. This anonymous support model encourages more individuals to seek help safely and comfortably.

ZerBám combines technology, evidence-based screening tools, and digital support systems to promote early mental health awareness and intervention among youth aged 15–24. Through AI-driven insights, emotional wellness resources, and partnerships with mental health professionals, the enterprise aims to improve mental health accessibility for underserved communities.

As a social enterprise, ZerBám is committed to normalizing conversations around mental health while building scalable and inclusive digital solutions that empower individuals to take control of their emotional well-being.

The team behind ZerBám consists of a passionate core group of young innovators, technology professionals, and social impact-driven individuals committed to improving mental healthcare accessibility in Pakistan.
Our core team leads the platform’s development, digital innovation, user experience, AI-driven mental health solutions, community engagement, and operational strategy with a shared mission to create safe, stigma-free, and accessible mental health support for youth.
Alongside the core team, ZerBám has onboarded qualified mental health professionals, including therapists and counselors, who provide emotional support and counseling services through a privacy-focused and anonymous support model. These professionals play a vital role in ensuring that users receive empathetic, accessible, and culturally relevant care in a safe environment.
Together, our multidisciplinary team combines technology, mental health support, and social impact innovation to build scalable solutions that empower individuals to seek help confidently and without fear of judgment.
